Chinese meat with mushrooms

- Meat fillet: 500 grams (sliced)
   -Flour: 1/4 cup  
- Dried herbs: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper: horn (minced)
- Chicken broth: three-quarters cup (or vegetable)
- Red vinegar: a quarter cup
- Mushrooms: 2 cups (freshly sliced halves)


How to prepare a meat tray in the oven with mushrooms


Mix the broth with flour, salt, and dried herbs in a saucepan over medium heat until the sauce is firm
Heart meat, mushrooms, and red pepper in a pan on high heat until it is brown color then add vinegar and my heart
Pour the mixture into the oven dish and then the broth mixture over it. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and cook in medium heat for 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum from the dish, face heat and hot feet along with a salad or rice dish as desired
